Service nature & disclaimer
Zayenha Accord is a tool for organizing, understanding, and initial drafting of agreements. It provides no legal advice, is not a substitute for an expert, and does not guarantee enforceability.
For high-risk agreements (property, shares, inheritance, marriage, large financial obligations) you must consult a legal expert before adoption.
What Accord does and does not do
It provides: agreement classification, structured drafting, fairness indicators as a mirror, gap detection, obligation tracking, and exportable outputs.
It does not provide: legal judgment, a verdict on who is at fault, an enforceability guarantee, nor does it force sharing between parties.
User obligations
Provide accurate information, use lawfully, do not enter another party's data without their knowledge, and do not use the fairness indicator as a weapon or for defamation.
Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription or purchase amount paid; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from relying on outputs without expert review.
Intellectual property
Zayenha owns its tools, algorithms, and reference content; you own your agreement text and data.
Subscription, payment & termination
Payment is via Zayenha Hub (inclusive of 15% VAT). You may cancel anytime; we may suspend an account for abuse or payment failure per a clear policy.
Governing law & amendments
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. We may update them with prior notice for material changes.
