Refund Policy

We aim for your satisfaction. The following applies to refunds for purchases via Zayenha Hub.

Eligibility

A refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase for unused services (not yet generated).

Non-refundable

Completed services (reviews, reports, generated outputs) and custom work are non-refundable after delivery.

How to request & processing

Email z@zayenha.com with your order ID; we respond within 5 business days, and the amount is returned to the original method within 7–14 days via the Hub.

Subscriptions & VAT

You may cancel anytime with no charge for the next cycle; no pro-rata refund for the current cycle. Refunds are VAT-inclusive as paid.
