Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and protect your data under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of Saudi Arabia.
Data we collect
Identity data (name, email, phone) is managed via your Zayenha Hub unified account; we never store your password.
Your agreement data (parties, clauses, amounts, attachments) is stored to deliver the service and is private to you by default.
Limited operational data: a hashed IP (SHA-256), not the raw IP, and a security activity log.
How we use your data
To operate the service (create/analyze/track agreements), improve it, comply with regulations, and protect against abuse.
We do not use your agreement content for marketing, nor train AI models on your data without explicit consent.
Storage & security
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1/KV/R2) with encryption in transit and at rest.
We use soft-delete by default, XSS/injection protections, rate limiting, and two-factor admin authentication.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export (PDF/JSON/CSV), and delete your data through a clear procedure.

Third parties
Zayenha Hub (identity, payment, points, invoices), Cloudflare (hosting/processing), and the payment provider — each limited to its purpose.
