  2. Review 18 indicators and overall balance.
  3. Address suggested gaps — a mirror, not a verdict.

  1. Click "Generate obligations & payments".
  2. Track them on the Obligations page.
  3. Export dates as an .ics calendar.

Export & lawyer

  3. Do not adopt high-risk agreements before expert review.

Worked example

A logo-design agreement between a freelancer and a client

1) In the Compass: tick "money + delivery + IP + creative" → classification: creative-rights, medium sensitivity.

2) In Build: a draft is created with scope, consideration, payment, delivery, acceptance, ownership, and cancellation sections.

3) Fill the brackets: "logo + 3 revisions", "ownership transfers on full payment and includes the source file", "50% start, 50% delivery".

4) In Analysis: the fairness score rises, and the gap detector flags if you forgot to set the revision count or commercial use.

5) Export a PDF for both sides, and generate obligations and dates for follow-up.
