Data Deletion
You have the full right to delete your data under the PDPL.
How to request deletion
Email z@zayenha.com from your registered address requesting deletion, or delete your agreements from your account. We verify your identity then complete within 30 days.
What is deleted and retained
Your agreements, attachments, and contact data are deleted. We may retain an anonymized audit record to the extent required by law (e.g., invoices).
Zayenha Accord is a tool for organizing, understanding, and initially drafting agreements. It does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for review by a qualified legal professional, especially for high-risk agreements or those with significant financial or regulatory impact.
